Sometimes agents will click on the link to the unbranded tour and then go look at the branded tour, only to see the unbranded version again. This is because once the unbranded tour has been viewed, we cookie the browser and don't allow that user to see the branded tour for a 30-minute window. We do this because many MLS networks have requirements about it not being "easy" to find a branded version of a tour, and a savvy user could simply change the URL to grab the non-IDX link. By inserting a cookie and preventing the viewer from being able to see the branded version for 30 minutes, we've found a happy compromise.
If your agent raises this issue, just tell them to clear the cache and cookies in their browser and then they'll be able to view the branded version of their tour.
