Is your customer having an issue logging into their client panel? Are they not receiving the "forgot password" email? If so, we have an easy way for you to manually reset their password. This support article will walk you through logging in to your customer's account and updating their password for them.
Step 1: To begin, head to Customers > Client Panel. This will automatically log you into their account.
Step 2: Now that you are in their account, head to My Account > Profile Settings in the top right corner.
Step 3: Click on “click here to change your password”
**Bonus! You can also update/change their username directly above this as well! Make sure to scroll to the bottom and save once you've made the changes.
Step 4: Input the new password information and click update.
