You may need to reset your customers password if they are having trouble accessing their account. This support article will walk you through logging in to your customer's account and updating their password for them.
Step 1: To begin, head to Customers > Client Panel. This will automatically log you into their account.
Step 2: Now that you are in their account, head to My Account > Profile Settings in the top right corner.
Step 3: Click on “click here to change your password”
Step 4: Input the new password information and click update.
