If your customer wants to use their own custom flyer rather than the one Tourbuzz supplies, they are easily able to add a custom flyer link in their client panel. For best practice, make sure that your customer has uploaded their flyer to Google Drive or Dropbox, and has a link to their flyer before completing the steps below.

To add a custom flyer link in the new client panel:
Step 1: Log in to the client panel
Step 2: Click on the tour you are adding the custom flyer to.
*The tour will need to be “live” for you to have this functionality
Step 3: Click edit on your tour
Step 4: Click on the Tour Settings tab
Step 5: On the right side, scroll down until you find a section that says Flyer Link. Here is where your customer can add a branded and unbranded custom flyer link. This will automatically overwrite the existing flyer created by Tourbuzz
*Make sure that the unbranded flyer link does not include any agent branding.
