In this article, we will review the actions needed to access a tour "Awaiting Payment".
Your provider has emailed you an "awaiting payment" notification letting you know that your tour is ready but awaiting a payment. To review your images and pay for your tour, click on the client panel link within the email.
If you are not already logged in, you will be taken to the login screen where you can enter your username an password.
The next screen you will see is one where you can review your media. You are shown thumbnails of your tour for review prior to paying your outstanding balance.
When you are ready, click “pay now” to pay your balance and access your media.
Enter payment info & click “Pay”.
On the tour payment confirmation page, use the link to navigate to the tour dashboard.
